Failed home delivery → Pickup rescue
Your courier attempts home delivery without success. Instead of retrying or returning the parcel, they drop it at a TuniRelay pickup point. The customer is notified by SMS and picks up whenever they want.
Pickup delivery from creation
Your customer chooses “pickup point” at checkout. Your system creates a pickup delivery via the TuniRelay API. The courier drops off, the pickup point scans, the customer picks up.
COD at pickup point
The customer pays cash at pickup. The pickup point keeps the TuniRelay commission. Your courier collects the remaining cash during the next visit.

National rollout
Extend across the entire TuniRelay network. Couriers can drop at pickup points in all 24 governorates. Simple monthly billing.
