• Presentation of the TuniRelay pickup-point network in Tunisia
• Information about B2B2C delivery solutions
• Online application to become a partner (pickup point, driver, e-commerce merchant)
• Technical documentation for API and plugins integration
• Contact form and support

Access to the Website is free and available to any user with an internet connection. TuniRelay reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt access to the Website at any time, without notice.

TuniRelay cannot be held responsible for service interruptions due to maintenance operations, technical failures or force majeure.

By using the Website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms
• Not use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt the proper functioning of the Website
• Respect TuniRelay’s intellectual property rights
• Not collect or extract data from the Website without authorization

Partner application forms (pickup point, driver, e-commerce) are subject to the following conditions:

• Submitting a form does not create a contractual commitment from TuniRelay
• TuniRelay may accept or refuse any application without justification
• Information provided must be accurate and up to date
• Any false statement may result in immediate termination of the partnership

Specific partnership conditions (commissions, obligations, term) are defined in a separate partnership agreement.

All elements of the Website (texts, images, logos, source code, etc.) are the exclusive property of TuniRelay and are protected by Tunisian and international intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization from TuniRelay.

TuniRelay strives to keep the Website accessible and up to date. However, TuniRelay cannot guarantee:

• Continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Website
• The absence of errors or inaccuracies in published information
• Compatibility with all devices and browsers
