In 2022, facing the rapid growth of Tunisian e-commerce and the challenges of home delivery — inaccurate addresses, customer absence, high costs — we imagined an alternative: a pickup-point network.
The idea is simple: instead of delivering to every home, parcels are dropped at partner neighborhood stores. Customers pick up when it suits them, merchants gain extra foot traffic, and e-commerce brands reduce delivery costs.
